Procedure

Combine phase A ingredients in main vessel with propeller mixing. Begin heating to 149-158°F (65-70°C) and mix until fully uniform. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients and heat to 158-167°F (70-75°C). Add phase B to phase A under propeller mixing (500 rpm) until fully uniform and evenly dispersed. Add phase C, mix well. Then, begin cool down. When the main vessel has reached 104-133°F (40-45°C), add phase D ingredients and mix until uniform. Once the main vessel has reached room temperature, add Phase E ingredients under propeller mixing. Combine phase F ingredients separately and mix well. Add phase F to main vessel and mix until uniform. Transfer the mixture to final container.

Properties

pH—5.5 to 6.5; Viscosity—Spindle 5 x 10.0 rpm = 25,000 to 30,000 cst.
